Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Manager position is a frontline role in our United States stores. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewal payments, and help maintain showroom floors to Aaron’s standards.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14.00 to $15.00, eligibility for incentive pay based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 in the US and 18 in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license and compliance with company policy including MVR.
• DOT certification if required in location.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
