Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Manager position is a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service across our stores. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and ensure showroom merchandise meets Aaron’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US (18 in Canada).
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and DOT certification if location requires it.
• Ability to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries if a driver is not available.
