Five Below is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Oklahoma City to deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure smooth checkout.

You will greet customers, understand their needs, suggest products, and participate in store promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming sales floor. Flexible daytime/evening hours and a willingness to learn technology are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally; use information gathering to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; acknowledge and help multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs using product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns; aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management; support team goals.
