Five Below is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be at the heart of our buzzing stores. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the sales floor is always stocked as you guide shoppers at the register.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, tech-friendly, and able to respond with courtesy to any customer concerns while driving sales and creating a WOW experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and handheld/mobile devices.
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Able to use information gathering to solve problems.
• Able to learn procedures via on-the-job training.
