Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Associate to engage customers, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support merchandising and clerical tasks. You’ll help customers find products, process contracts, and keep the store running smoothly on a daily basis.

The role is non-exempt, hourly paid, and involves physical work. Training and tools are provided to perform duties safely, with opportunities to grow along a store career path.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills.
• Desire to help customers.
• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly.
