Five Below is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be at the heart of our store, delivering outstanding customer service, keeping merchandise organized, maintaining a well-stocked floor, and ensuring quick, friendly checkout experiences.

The role requires a friendly communicator who can learn technology and adapt to a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues.
• Use basic information gathering to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, acknowledging them and providing help.
• Understand customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing to merchandise.
• Engage in suggestive selling and stay informed on product availability.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer solutions, including exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and customer feedback.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
