Job summary

Five Below is seeking enthusiastic part-time Sales Associates to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to products while maintaining a well-stocked, inviting store floor.

You will handle transactions at the register and contribute to promotions and events, ensuring a positive checkout experience. A flexible schedule, good communication, and a willingness to learn are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
Able to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly and provide assistance across multiple customers.
Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and making recommendations.
Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
Communicate stock and service needs to management in a timely manner.
Support team and company goals to maintain a positive work environment.
