Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales in the Retirement Plan Sales market. You will partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group relationships and drive business results with brokerage firm representatives.

You excel at delivering motivational, informative presentations, and you apply a consultative selling approach to improve Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes, using your licenses and designations to build trust.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in the mutual fund business and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to leverage technology to create custom analysis.
• Excellent communicator with significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
• Skilled at synthesizing information and presenting it concisely.
• Must have Series 7, 63, 66 licenses or equivalent, and one or more designations AIF/AIFA/PPC/CIMA/CFA.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to support Capital Client Group presence.
• Identify firm and representative needs and drive business results with key brokerage firm representatives.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations and use a consultative skillset for selling.
