Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Prior retail experience strongly preferred; prior management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in specialty retail strongly preferred.
• Experience with retail POS system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set high standards and motivate the team to create The Experience.
• Responsible for exceeding sales goals, building store traffic and promoting campaigns to drive brand awareness.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador upholding Vera Bradley Core Values.
• Assist leadership with planning and maintaining visual merchandising brand standards.
• Assist with store operations including inventory, ordering, training and communications with Guests.
• Serve as a liaison between associates and leadership to foster a fun, collaborative environment.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and support honest, responsible store practices.
