Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting; valid vehicle insurance.
• Previous leadership experience.

• Ensuring all hours of operation are covered and supporting recruiting to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and set a friendly environment.
• In charge of store financials.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and other Retail Store Managers to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees; provide ongoing training for performance and growth.
