Sun Com Mobile, LLC in Humble, Texas is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high-quality sales that meet benchmarks.

You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, follow company guidance, and act as a role model for new hires while maintaining store appearance and compliance with policies. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and you must be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Follow policies, paperwork procedures and store operating standards.
• Maintain store appearance and perform required store tasks and duties.
