Sun Com Mobile, LLC in Monahans, TX is seeking a results-oriented Retail Sales Consultant to deliver complete, high-quality sales that exceed company benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance and benchmarks.

As a role model, you will train and assist new hires, maintain store appearance, adhere to policies, and manage time and attendance accurately while supporting customers with Spanish language skills when possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Retail sales experience and strong customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift occasional items.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers to maximize sales and metrics.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.

• Maintain store appearance and accurate time/attendance records.
