Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Manager in Fairbanks, AK to lead store sales, manage customer relationships, and drive performance. You will oversee lead generation, close lease agreements, and coordinate with the General Manager on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions and at least 18 for Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.
