Job summary

Sun Com Mobile Careers in Colorado is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant for a full-time, in-person position. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans and accessories, exceed quotas, and act as a role model for new hires while following company guidance.

You will adhere to policies, master systems like RQ4 and Paycom, and ensure accurate paperwork, inventory control, and asset protection. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, with Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legally able to work in the United States.
• 4 days/30 hours per week minimum.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and drive sales of handsets, rate plans and accessories.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks; follow management guidance.
• Adhere to policies and complete required paperwork and checklists with accuracy.
• Maintain store appearance and safeguard company assets; communicate inventory issues.
• Master required systems (RQ4, Paycom) and complete training on schedule.
