Job summary

DTLR, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to support the store management team with daily operational tasks, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, merchandising, and perform duties as assigned.

You will build relationships, identify customer needs, assist with shipments and pricing, help minimize shrink, and participate in loss prevention and point-of-sale procedures. A 35–40 hour work week is typical.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language for effective communication with management, customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by delivering professional, courteous and responsive service.
• Identifies customer needs and provides knowledgeable assistance to help customers select products.
• Displays basic fashion knowledge and merchandises to meet customer needs while upholding company standards.
