Job summary

DTLR, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to assist the store management team with daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, merchandise, and support other duties as assigned.

You will build relationships, identify customer needs, stay informed on fashion trends, help with shipments and pricing, and participate in loss prevention and safety practices while maintaining a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills for customers and team.
• Proven leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Open availability and willingness to work across district stores.
• Basic fashion knowledge and interest in streetwear fashion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Support store management in loss prevention and safety compliance.
• Balance cash and follow POS procedures.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor and assist training of staff.
