Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience
• Strong selling and client service skills
• Ability to multitask and perform both front of house and back of house duties
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey in person and over the phone
• Utilize product knowledge to aid customers with fit/fabric/styling inquiries
• Close sales and cultivate long-term relationships with customers
• Involve in inventory management, visual merchandising, clienteling, shipping/receiving, events, and other operational tasks
