Qualifications

• Cashier experience in a similar position or proficiency in a similar task.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Ability to use a cash register, POS system, computer, and phone as needed.
• Willingness to learn all areas of the store and help train others.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help unload incoming trucks and keep assigned department clean, organized, and stocked.
• Execute daily goals with a fast, accurate, and customer-focused approach.
• Assist customers, greet them, and provide information or guidance on products.
• Remove promotional pricing tags and restock displays as required.
• Handle money and process refunds or store credits accurately.
• Operate the cash register and assist with credit card transactions per policy.
• Observe store safety procedures and maintain a neat appearance and uniform.
