Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies and manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, weekly shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales and assist customers with purchases.
• Identify pricing and operational issues and inform management of problems.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings for the store.
• Protect company assets and prevent fraud risks.
