Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver extraordinary customer service to customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.

• Follow all company policies and manuals related to operations and customer service.
• Assist in daily store operations, including tasks like keeping work lists and handling shipments.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per knowledge manual.

• Identify merchandise needs and price-related issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets by ensuring internal controls and reporting potential fraud.
