This role is non-exempt, hourly at $9.00, and reports to the Store Manager. You will support daily store operations, work in a fast-paced setting, and be an ambassador for the Hibbett brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Is a team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to improve selling skills and track sales.
• Follow all policies and procedures in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge guide.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Report merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and clinics.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud risk.
