Job summary

The Children's Place in Queens, NY is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals and delivering excellent customer service. You will use product knowledge, communicate promotions, and assist customers with sizing and stock availability.

The role requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to a clean, organized store environment. You will also handle cash at the cashwrap, participate in merchandising, and follow safety and loss prevention

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Help customers with product knowledge and promotions, and resolve issues.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate about the PLACE Card.
• Maintain a neat, clean stockroom and follow safety requirements.
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures and inform leadership of maintenance needs.
• Support store goals and process stock as needed.
