Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards from manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge manual.
• Strive to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs and pricing concerns for management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics.
• Protect assets and financial information via internal controls.
