This role requires flexible availability evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager to maintain performance.
• Develop team through recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Drive sales targets while maintaining accurate inventory and store standards.
• Ensure clear communication with employees and customers; resolve concerns promptly.
• Oversee safety, PPE use, and risk management; monitor budgets and expenses.
• Foster a positive work culture focused on development and results.
