Job summary

Cellairis in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Brand Advocate to drive walk-by conversions and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will use AIDA-based scripts to engage customers, present repairs and accessories, and guide them toward store visits and purchases.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and able to turn objections into sales while maintaining a professional appearance and flexible scheduling across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift 25 Lbs.
• Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1–3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors.
• Use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to engage walk-by customers and guide them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers understand participation terms and drive them to our store for purchases.
