Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers
• Physical skill requirements: Stand for long periods; Lift 25 Lbs.
• Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver’s License
• Professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to engage walk-by customers.
• Persuade customers to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.
• Encourage customers to visit the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms.
