Qualifications

• 2+ years as Assistant Project Manager is required.
• Experience in disaster recovery (DR) or general contracting (GC).
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor proposals and manage change orders.
• Document daily logs, reports, and inventories.
• Coordinate with leadership on project scope and buy-outs.
• Monitor project risks and address issues proactively.
• Respond to on-call needs and coordinate technician availability.
