Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in commercial or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and safe work practices.
Ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
HS diploma or GED required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on lighting, panels, breakers, transformers, motors, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues affecting buildings, attractions, and infrastructure.
Maintain emergency lighting, exit signage, and life-safety systems.
Support electrical installations for events and operational initiatives; read schematics and drawings.
Document inspections and maintenance in the CMMS; communicate status to supervisors.
