Job summary

Merlin Entertainments' LEGOLAND Florida Resort in Winter Haven, FL is hiring a Facilities Plumber to maintain water, drainage, and plumbing systems across attractions, hotels, and restaurants. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support major projects in a dynamic resort environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial plumbing, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely with a diverse Facilities team, including cross-discipline

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, water distribution, drainage, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a diverse Facilities team.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Service water heaters, pumps, sinks, toilets, valves, backflow devices, and related equipment.
• Maintain water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and irrigation systems across the resort.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting attractions, restrooms, kitchens, hotels, and park facilities.
• Operate safely and document labor hours, parts, and follow-up actions.
