You will maximize sales and distribution, execute planning, selling, and merchandising, and build strong customer relationships to achieve targets while maintaining product rotation and shelf standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience or 2 years of consumer goods experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid drivere2a0s license and a clean driving record.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to demonstrate professional sales and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail sales for your accounts through the implementation and execution of established sales, distribution, marketing, and supplier goals.
• Develop monthly plans to establish goals and strategically manage territory resources, talent and time.
• Complete thorough month-end recap of actual performance results against objectives.
• Execute against pricing standards to include POS and shelf pricing where appropriate.
• Design displays and marketing at retail to meet merchandising and retail standards.
• Display location in high-traffic areas and ensure product availability and proper rotation.
• Ensure all point-of-sale materials are current and relevant to the marketplace.
