You will handle drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing title commitments, surveys, opinions, leases, and zoning reports, and you will manage due diligence and closing coordination.

Candidates should have top-tier law school credentials and the presence to lead small teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in lender-side real estate financing and related documents.
• Experience in real estate purchase and sale transactions and due diligence.
• Experience negotiating commercial leases for landlord and tenant.
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Ability to manage small teams with composure.

Responsibilities

• Provide lender- and borrower-side real estate financing work.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents; review title commitments, surveys, opinion letters, leases, and zoning reports.
• Oversee real estate purchase and sale transactions; draft contracts of sale and close documentation.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial leases for landlord and tenant clients.
• Support the full-service Real Estate practice including zoning/land use and JV structuring.
