Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct periodontal charting and thorough oral health assessments.
• Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as required.
• Capture and interpret digital dental radiographs.
• Educate patients on proper home care techniques and nutritional counseling for oral health.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure sterilization, OSHA and HIPAA protocols are followed.
