Qualifications

• Valid and current State Licensure to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Current CPR/BLS certification and up-to-date State X-ray certification.
• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with compassionate patient interaction and education.
• Strong time management and reliability, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental prophylaxis (cleanings) and scaling/root planing.
• Capture dental radiographs and conduct periodontal assessments and screenings.
• Educate patients on brushing, flossing, and nutrition for oral health.
• Maintain accurate patient records using digital practice management systems.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with dentist and team to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
