Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, broadcasting or related field and three (3) years of content creation experience in a professional communications or journalism related industry.
• Master’s degree in journalism, communications, broadcasting, or related field preferred with supervisory experience.
• Experience training, editing and mentoring production staff.

Responsibilities

• Host and produce daily talk show on Nebraska Public Media Radio network and digital platforms.
• Lead editorial direction of the show in consultation with Radio Network Director and News Director.
• Develop ideas, secure expert guests, and shape sound and style; supervise associates involved in talk show production.
