Job summary

Restore Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to ensure patient dignity and progress while complying with treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and hold a valid state license. Good communication and organization skills, current CPR certification, and computer proficiency are essential. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a physical therapy assistant curriculum accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Must hold a valid and current license in the state employed.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to patients in a SNF setting under PT supervision.
• Motivate patients to participate in therapy treatment.
• Accurately complete documentation of patient progress.
• Participate as an interdisciplinary team member.
