Management Performance Associates is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team in Everett, WA. You will assist in delivering skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

You will document patient activities and charges accurately, communicate respectfully with patients, families, and medical staff, and ensure compliance with State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current state license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient activities and charges in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful communication with patients, families, and medical staff.
