Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in Everett, WA.

You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and maintain accurate documentation of patient activities and charges. The role requires strong teamwork and communication, with a focus on compliance with regulatory standards and professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PTA/PT program graduation required.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing/walking most of shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled PTA-guided treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient activities and charges using standard medical terminology.
• Maintain respectful communication with patients, families and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards and Medicare regulations.
