Job summary

Liberty Commons of Alamance County seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a multidisciplinary rehab team in a SNF setting in Burlington, NC. The PTA will tailor treatment plans and collaborate with staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in North Carolina; prior SNF rehab experience is preferred, with in-house management support to enable progressive modalities.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
