Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating treatment effectiveness.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on posture, balance, locomotion, strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, pain management, and daily activities.
• Document patient care, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge recommendations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and discharge planning.
• Maintain infection control and a safe environment for patients and staff.
