Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a PTA in IL.
• CPR Certification.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care under licensed PT supervision.
• Progress patient plans of care established by the PT.
• Document progress through notes and discharge summaries.
• Communicate with physicians regarding treatment plans and discharge.
