Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our brand-new Grover, NC facility. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and document patient progress.

Responsibilities include educating patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices, and ensuring quality care in a full-time, daytime schedule with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
