Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in San Diego is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and front-office operations. You will help patients move to therapy areas, prepare equipment, manage records, schedule appointments, and assist billing while contributing to a welcoming clinic culture.

The role requires a high school diploma, healthcare experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork. Full-time hours are 40 per week with the clinic open weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment by addressing patient needs during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas according to therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with duties such as answering phones, scanning documents, scheduling, and processing payments.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily cleaning and stocking supplies.
