Health Atlast West L.A. is seeking a reliable, professional Physical Therapy Aide to support both front-office operations and back-office patient care in a fast-paced, multi-specialty medical environment.

This hands-on role emphasizes attention to detail, accountability, and strong communication with patients and staff. The position involves assisting providers, helping patients with prescribed exercises, setting up treatment rooms, and maintaining clinic cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience as PT Aide, Rehab Aide, or Medical Assistant preferred.
• Able to work in both front and back office without silos.
• Strong communication and patient-interaction skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Must follow clinical instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with intake paperwork and ensure completion.
• Answer basic patient questions and route clinical questions appropriately.
• Maintain front desk flow and uphold professional patient experience standards.
• Assist providers during patient visits and with prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness between patients.
• Support laundry, linens, and overall clinic cleanliness.
