You will oversee operations, marketing, maintenance, and financial performance, conduct engaging tours, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local regulations. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in multi‑family PM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years property management experience; multi‑family property required
• CRM or ARM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software such as OneSite, ALN, or RealPage experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service‑focused, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, marketing, maintenance, and resident retention strategies, and support team performance through coaching, supervision, and onboarding.
• Lead in‑person and virtual tours for prospective residents, highlighting apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Set rental rates, oversee collections, process deposits, prepare budgets, and approve vendor invoices to ensure the property meets financial targets.
• Handle escalated concerns, foster positive resident relationships, and maintain a welcoming, professional community environment.
• Walk the property daily to identify maintenance and resident issues, ensuring the community meets high standards.
• Process all forms, reports, and administrative information efficiently to support smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed about local competitors, market conditions, and resident preferences to make strategic property decisions.
• Exhibit reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and professional conduct while modeling company values for staff and residents alike.
