The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property management and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency with OneSite, ALN, or RealPage is a plus, and candidates should be knowledgeable about Fair Housing laws

Qualifications

• 2+ years property management experience, preferably multi-family.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily property operations, marketing, maintenance, and staff coaching.
• Conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, rent setting, and collections.
• Deliver exceptional resident experience and handle escalated concerns.
• Walk property daily to maintain standards and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain records and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to inform strategy.
• Demonstrate professionalism and provide strong team leadership.
