Job summary

Pella Corporation in Shenandoah, IA is seeking a Specialist Operator to join the assembly team and perform multiple duties in the construction of windows and/or doors. The team and tasks rotate based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to read blueprints, use measuring devices, and follow safety and production procedures to meet takt time and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing-related experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn and rotate to multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
