Job summary

Twin County Regional Healthcare, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehab team in Virginia. The PT will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore function and relieve pain.

We emphasize one-on-one patient care, ongoing professional development, and collaborative care. Requirements include a bachelor's in PT, VA PT license, and BLS within 30 days; hourly range is $41.41–$55.90.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current VA PT license required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and functional status.
• Develops and updates an individualized plan of care based on goals and capabilities.
• Plans and carries out interventions to restore function and relieve pain.
• Delivers PT using standard techniques and modalities appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Evaluates and adjusts prosthetic/orthotic devices as needed.
• Documents progress and communicates with team and patient.
• Supervises PTAs and support staff as needed.
