Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans to meet patient needs.
• Accurately document progress toward objectives and communicate status to patient and family.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and support staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Communicate with family or patient representatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional regulations.
• Stay updated on physical therapy practices, techniques, and regulations.
