Responsibilities

• Own your station during high-volume service.
• Prepare and cook stock recipes for current menu options.
• Keep station stocked and service-ready at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist during slower periods as needed.
• Close down station properly and support team finish.
