Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Texas Bar certification required to practice in Texas.
• 2–5 years of personal injury or related legal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; strong communication.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational capabilities.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, understand their stories, and guide them through the process.
• Manage cases with proactive, strategic caseload oversight.
• Lead and coordinate the pod, aligning with firm goals.
